1. install "Adobe Creative Cloud 2018 x64\Build\setup.exe"
or if errors (win7) try...
"Adobe Creative Cloud 2018 x64\Build\Adobe Creative Cloud 2018 x64.msi"
unfortunately this particular installation setup installing everything at once (the whole Adobe package)


2. Lunch (for example) Photoshop... if you see that message:

For Dreamwever we need to delete "Adobe Desktop Service"
You can use AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool 4.3.exe or just remove manually all folder: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ADS"
