'The Alesha Show' is the second album from Alesha Dixon and her first album using her full name [her previous album was credited simply to "Alesha"]. The album was released on November 24th 2008 in the UK, preceded by the Xenomania-produced lead single 'The Boy Does Nothing'. On the album, Dixon is reinvented as a sassy, soulful songstress, utilizing her fine voice across a variety of genres from pop to funk and even mambo.
