Description : Shortly after the wedding, Mel discovers that her ancestor, Mordred Darkthrop, did create the Orb of Death. Determined to protect herself, and any others in her bloodline, from the dreaded Darkthrop Prophecy, she sets out to piece together the clues and locate the final Orb of Magic.
Mel’s quest leads her to the new continent of Eldrion, while Edward begins to come to terms with his new responsibilities in Thais after his parents retire. Joined by two of her former traveling companions, Mel recruits another three friends for the particular skills they boast, and together they explore the length and breadth of Eldrion in search of the orb.
