Komedie/documentaire van de makers van Jackass waarin Johnny Knoxville als de 86-jarige Irving Zisman - bekend personage uit de Jackass-reeks - een roadtrip door Amerika maakt met zijn kleinzoon Billy (Jackson Nicholl). Tijdens deze roadtrip in docu-stijl komen Irving en de jonge Billy in aanraking met strippers, ontevreden deelneemsters aan schoonheidswedstrijden en andere nietsvermoedende mensen waarin de grens wordt opgezocht met het toelaatbare. Deze ontmoetingen zullen leiden tot situaties die een geheel nieuwe betekenis geven aan de term vroegkinderlijke opvoeding.
