When a childhood friend from Miami gets killed after he comes to warn of encroaching drug gangs, Baaba moves to Miami and teams up with a local officer to bring down the criminals.



Baaba is flik in Belleville, waar hij - tot grote wanhoop van zijn vriendin - al zijn hele leven woont. Zij wilt samen iets zoeken, liefst vér weg van zijn moeder. Op een avond wordt zijn jeugdvriend Roland voor zijn ogen vermoord. Vastberaden om de dader te vinden, neemt Baaba de plaats van Roland in als agent op het Franse consulaat in Miami. Daar wordt hij verplicht om samen te werken met de humeurige Amerikaanse agent Ricardo. Terwijl Baaba vooral op zijn instinct vertrouwt, doet Ricardo alles netjes volgens de regels. Wanneer ze de moordenaar op het spoor komen, moet het hilarische duo een versnelling hoger schakelen...
