John Allen Muhammed en de jonge Lee Boyd Malvo rijden in een blauwe Chevrolet Caprice door de stad Washington en omgeving. Op willekeurig uitgekozen plaatsen stoppen ze, nemen ze argeloze slachtoffers in het vizier en slaan toe. Na een paar doden houden ze de hele stad in hun greep. Detective Harper geeft leiding aan de politiemacht die vrijwel zonder aanwijzingen haar klopjacht in moet zetten op de sluipschutters. Gebaseerd op de zaak van de sluipmoorden rond Washington in oktober 2002.



Storyline

An abandoned boy is lured to America and drawn into the shadow of a dangerous father figure. Inspired by the real life events that led to the 2002 Beltway sniper attacks.
