These are these of the songs of Burton Cummings - my "neighbour" here "next door" in Canada
I recall hearing much on the radio in Canada in the late 70s and early 80s I'd say

My favourite song on this CD is "fine state of affairs" which was one f his big hits along
with the others included here in HD (FLAC audio) format - convert down to mp3 bitrates
like 320k etc using I would suggest - MediaHuman (freely donation supported software
