In all likelihood, this release is sourced from some MP3s that were floating around ~20 years ago. The first eight tracks were on the Torso demo but were sped up at some point. The other two were added at some point. The first ("Bee Has the Photos") has been released elsewhere in better quality. The second ("Egyptian Basses") has never been released elsewhere in this particular, slowed-down format. It's unknown if the speed is intentional but it definitely doesn't match Brainwashed's "Songs of the Week" version or the completely different version on "Swanyard."

In any event, avoid, and just grab the MP3s from archive.org or elsewhere. The quality still won't be good but at least you won't be giving money to some lazy bootlegger.
