Mike en Rodney zijn twee stafmedewerkers op een bandenfabriek. Hun werkgever, oud doch rechtvaardig, heeft een zwak voor ze. Na een nacht feesten, krijgen zij te horen dat de oude kerel door een hartaanval is overleden. Nu krijgen ze een nieuwe werkgever, Castro, een vreselijke man. Zij worden onmiddellijk gedegradeerd naar secretaresse afdeling. Om niet ontslagen te worden doen ze mee met alle activiteiten van de dames.
