If you were looking for a utility for calculating the traffic spent on the network, both local and global, then I think it is worth trying to download BWMeter from our project. The program allows you to configure in some detail all kinds of filters to separate traffic by the desired ports and even IP addresses. If we consider the interface, then it is quite convenient, there are not so many settings and as it may seem initially, it is quite possible to figure it out.
After you configure the filters, BWMeter will show a separate graph for each of them, if there are several computers on your network at once, then with skillful program settings, you can also view the traffic of each of the computers. The graph itself can show traffic per minute, as well as in a week, month and year, respectively, which is quite convenient.
Of the features, it is worth noting the support of BWMeter for displaying traffic both in numerical form and graphically, which is presented in my screenshot. I have already highlighted the main advantages of the program, the ability to separate traffic into local and Internet, you can monitor an unlimited number of network connections, there is support for various types of Internet connections, detailed statistics, and so on.
