Dieter van der Westen - The Sun Will Rise Again (2021) [gnodde]
Dieter van der Westen is known from great festivals in North Africa with his band Kasba. His brother Eric was on great stages (Royal Albert Hall, Carnegie Hall) with the Turkish superstar Sezen Aksu.
Their musical worlds are far apart, but, because of the Corona-pandemic, last year, they decide to make an album together, with their own Americana and folk songs, which they both love.
The result is "The Sun Will Rise Again" which was released on march the 14th, 2021, with a livestream from Paradiso, Amsterdam.
