Why use Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) over Page builders such as DIVI.
You use page builders such as DIVI or Beaver to build pages that you want to work straight out of the box. With limited expandability, understanding that you totally locked in with the design.
Use ACF when you need to take Wordpress out of blog/marketing/hobby sites into a powerful website that can grow and scale. A website with more complex data structures such as an eCommerce site, an IMDB type of website. Or an optimized, fully-fledged professional agency website ready for integration with other technologies.
ACF allows you to use any front-end framework you would like for your website. Take advantage of:

Microsoft Fabric and Color system
Tailwind Utilities CSS
You are in total control of your front end.
You cannot do this with Page builders. I know this, I used them all.
What you will create
Use Winrar to Extract. And use a shorter path when extracting, such as C: drive
