The device is an Active Solid State Device (ASSD) where one solid state iron and silicon based ORAC (ISO), the Monarch ORAC, is irritated by radio waves which in turn causes the adjacent (Subject) solid state iron and silicon based ORAC (ISO) to give off “pulsed Orgone” (out of a silver tube) as long as the Monarch ISO receives electricity.
