NOTE: SVT-AV1 v1.8.0 has been an absolute BANGER of an update in terms of preset speedups, so from now I'm switching to this encoder unless I need to work with files outside of YCbCr 8bit/10bit. Combined with Blue's fork of psychovisual optimizations and aq-mode 2 patch for low luma fix, in my eyes, it's ready.
NOTE: My SVT-AV1 encoder will always be self-compiled since I need PGO for further speed optimizations.
