Kyosuke, meglio noto come Hentai Kamen, il supereroe giustiziere che trae i suoi poteri dall'intimo femminile, non vive un momento sereno. Il suo rapporto con la fidanzata Aiko non procede come dovrebbe: la ragazza è sempre più risentita dalla sua ossessione per la sua lingerie e non riesce a capirne le reali motivazioni. In più, il nemico giurato Ogane e i suoi compari hanno trovato un modo per indebolire la sua forza. Reso vulnerabile, Hentai Kamen dovrà trovare dentro di sé la forza per lottare contro i trasgressori senza trarre energia dai profumi e dagli odori degli indumenti intimi.
