Description: [Onoda Sakamichi], a first-year student of Sohoku Highschool in Chiba, is a bit weak and loves anime. He was going to join the anime research club when he joined high school, but after his encounter with [Imaizumi Shunsuke], a boy well-renowned in the middle school cycling world, and [Naruko Shoukichi], a boy who won all the awards in Kansai`s cycling competition, he makes the decision to join the competitive cycling club.
