Where do I start, hmm… I Read the comment below that the UHD will be released soon, so planned to actually do the HD Remux with proper audio (that would have been easy as it just frame changes and manual sync would have done the work. No need of subtitle and commentary sync. Ezpz!. And in short got my hands on UHD and decided to get it done with the WEB source.
The WEB source is 24.000 FPS and the UHD source is 23.976 so did the usual sox thingy and got it to my editor to actually manually sync waveform by waveform. About ~ 150+ (lost count at that point) cuts/edits were made to get it to sync just the main web audio, a simple delay would not work as there is frame changes between web and UHD. The end result turned out good.

English Subtitle synced frame by frame as yet again there is frame changes between criterion and the UHD so the safest and accurate option was to sync the sub frame by frame.
Commentary, had to cut the intro of the commentator (a necessary evil) but to be honest no big loss "just saying hi and shiz" thats about it and did a few manual syncs to get the job done.
Edit: I did not include the Traditional chinese sub present at the TWN BD because thats another set of frame variations and after all the above really did not want to go through it.
