Questa terza serie riprende il filo qualche tempo dopo il termine della seconda. La minaccia di Motoku è stata sventata, e le tensioni tra le scuole si sono visibilmente rilassate: oramai molte guerriere si frequentano anche se sono di istituti diversi.
Un avvenimento, tuttavia, scuote la tranquillità: Ryofu Housen, che morì nella battaglia finale contro Toutaku (prima serie), sembra essere tornata in vita! Non ha tuttavia conservato alcuna delle sue memorie… cosa sarà mai accaduto? Lei è davvero Ryofu e, se sì, come fa ad essere nuovamente viva?
