In the end, there is no doubt but that there is little taste among the Indians for
British rule as they demonstrate clearly that they have their own ways of being
that are at odds with what the British seek to impose or have them won over to
as a different cultural and essential lifestyle choice it seems. One of subservience
it seems,to a peoples pretty much happier to be left alone.
