The music of “Earthing” is based on the 174 Hz Solfeggio Frequency, the foundation of the Solfeggio Tuning system. The embedded binaural beats are a gentle theta oscillating at 7.83 Hz, also known as the Schumann resonance: Earth’s own electromagnetic resonant frequency. Research suggests that the Schumann Resonance stimulates the production of human growth hormone in the pituitary gland, which has a number of rejuvenation effects. This track proved to be so popular on the Solfeggio Suite album, an extended version of Earthing was created.
