Jamie Cullum (Malmesbury (Wiltshire), 20 augustus 1979) is een Britse jazzpianist en -zanger. Hij behoort tot de populairste jazzartiesten aan het begin van de 21e eeuw.
Zelf noemt hij de muziek op zijn nieuwere albums geen pure jazz, maar jazz met een vleugje rock en pop. Een populaire benaming voor deze stijl is jazzpop. Zijn eerste cd Heard it all before wordt over het algemeen wel als 'echte' jazz beschouwd.
Op zijn negentiende, terwijl hij aan de Universiteit van Reading studeerde, bracht hij zijn eerste plaat uit: Jamie Cullum Trio — Heard it all before. Door dit album kwam hij in contact met bassist Geoff Gascoyne en speelde hij op Gascoynes album Songs of the summer. In 2002 nam Cullum zijn tweede album Pointless nostalgic op, maar zijn doorbraak naar een groot publiek kwam met Twentysomething in 2003. Op dit album, dubbel-platina in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, speelt hij naast eigen nummers ook covers van Jimi Hendrix (Wind cries Mary), Jeff Buckley (Lover, you should've come over), Radiohead (High And Dry) en Pharrell Williams (Frontin).
