Summary:

Greece 1974 - during the brutal era of the military government, and innocent tourist manager (Ugo Tognazzi) is accused of being a member of the illegal resistance movement. Two secret agents (Michel Piccoli and Mario Adorf) are bringing the innocent victim to Athens. During their trip, their car breaks down, and they're stopping in a small village. Description

Avec Crawford, qui a avoué la tentative d'homicide, Willy Beachum, un ambitieux procureur adjoint, sur le point d'intégrer un prestigieux cabinet d'avocats, se voit confier cette dernière affaire. Mais dans la partie qui s'annonce, rien n'est aussi évident qu'il y paraît. Dans un redoutable jeu de manipulation, l'affaire va tourner à la confrontation de deux hommes qui ont chacun besoin de la défaite de l'autre pour servir leur plan...
Entre mensonges et ambition, entre faux-semblants et orgueil, l'affrontement va aller bien au-delà de ce que chacun avait prévu...
