Maigret è una serie televisiva britannica trasmessa da ITV dal 28 marzo 2016.
È un nuovo libero adattamento dei libri di Georges Simenon con protagonista il commissario Maigret, nella serie interpretato da Rowan Atkinson.
Ogni episodio si presenta come una sorta di film per la televisione tratto da una delle opere di Simenon, con un cast diverso eccezione fatta per il protagonista Rowan Atkinson e Lucy Cohu, interprete della moglie di Maigret, e la squadra del commissario.

Maigret is a British television series broadcast by ITV from March 28, 2016.
It is a new free adaptation of Georges Simenon's books starring Commissioner Maigret, in the series starring Rowan Atkinson.
Each episode is presented as a sort of television film based on one of Simenon's works, with a different cast except for the protagonist Rowan Atkinson and Lucy Cohu, an interpreter of Maigret's wife, and the commissioner's team.

La trappola di Maigret (Maigret Sets a Trap)
Un serial killer colpisce la Francia del dopoguerra, nel corso di un periodo di cinque mesi nel 1955 quattro donne sono pugnalato a morte a Montmartre e tocca a Jules Maigret, un commissario di polizia, dare la caccia all'assassino.



L'uomo morto di Maigret (Maigret's Dead Man)
Un uomo telefona a Maigret in preda al panico dicendo che qualcuno lo sta seguendo per ucciderlo. Maigret cerca di rintracciarlo, ma alla fine troverà il suo cadavere. Il prefetto gli ordina di lasciar stare le indagini, credendo che si tratti della tipica vittima di una resa dei conti della malavita, e di dedicarsi esclusivamente ai massacri nelle fattorie della Piccardia, attaccate più volte d’estate da una banda brutale che ha ucciso tre famiglie. Alla fine Maigret capisce che i due casi sono collegati.
