It's time for them to get their creative juices flowing as they aim to deliver a sweet, fruity masterpiece that shows they mean business.Next up, all four chefs come face-to-face as they each dig deep into their culinary box of tricks to pull out a two-course Signature Menu that, if everything goes well, will leave the judges wanting more. They have just 90 minutes to prove they have enough in the tank to be real contenders for the title.A tough decision follows as the judges select the chefs who deserve a place in this week's quarter-final, leading them one step closer to their dream of becoming MasterChef: The Professionals champion 2023.
