Scotland has been ruled for over 300 years by 553 English MPs to just 59 Scottish ones in Westminster with the overwhelming English majority never changing by much since 1707. The people of Scotland were outward-looking and wished to remain in the EU by over 68%. Our Scottish vote was taken away from us and called a UK one! The English voter, having delivered a Brexit which the people of Scotland did not vote for, made it even worse by then forcing Boris Johnson, an old Etonian elitist on us as well. The Scottish Nationalist party has been the most popular choice of Scottish voters for over 22 years now and are the 2nd largest political party by fully paid-up membership in the entire UK. It is most unlikely that the British Union known as the United Kingdom will survive much longer as the people of Scotland wise up and as a founding member and equal partner with England, break the union apart to rejoin the EU as soon as we can. Similar movements also exist in both Northern Ireland and Wales. The English wish to be nationalist, racist and hug the union flag? Best remove the Saltire from it first.

Scotland, just like Wales and Northern Ireland, is a puppet state of English Westminster, no more devolved than any British Empire state throughout history. The disgraceful handling of the Covid-19 Pandemic by English MPs has killed many more in Scotland than would have otherwise been the case with a slightly left of Centre Scottish government running our own country. Even now Scotland is showing just 1/3 of the current infection rates in England, and that is with very little wriggle room under devolution today.
