そんなある日、女性の下着が盗難にあうという事件が起こった。
風紀委員長であるカンナは早速調査に乗り出した。
カンナの方法は恐喝、またはエッチな事での聞き込みが基本。
そしてついにカンナは犯人に行き当たる。その犯人の動機とは・・・・?
