Anyway, I tried making this as high quality as possible.
This one was particularly difficult because the artificial dithering seems to have been applied so well that any attempt at any denoising just resulted in a garbage output.
So, I just tried to keep most of the dithering, which results in great quality overall. :D

I could likely make it smaller and look better, but I guess that'll be when I manage to get my physical grubby hands on the 4k BD.
