Learners will get to learn and KNOW the 12x Tables by heart.The course is structured in three sections:A - Easy Tables: 2x, 5x and 10x TablesB - Paired Tables: 3x and 6x Tables and the 4x and 8x TablesC - The Other Tables: The 7x and 12x TablesKnowing the 12x Tables by heart is important as it "...opens the door to multi-digit multiplication and demystifies processes like long division and simplifying fractions. It lays the foundation for algebra." The ConversationA lack of "by-heart-knowledge" of the 12x Tables is, without doubt, one of the major stumbling blocks and causes of anxiety. Without that knowledge, learners struggle to do simple math calculations.The course is centred around learning of the 12x Tables through the flash-card methodology and various resources are provided.Learners must not see this course as a test but as a tool to help them to master an absolutely essential building block to doing maths.The course follows a process from the five ‘easy’ Tables namely the 2x, 5x, 10x, 9x and 11x tables.Once these tables have been mastered, the rest should not be too difficult to master.With every Table, other Tables are also covered and as the Course progresses it will become increasingly easier to master the Tables.
