After scanning startup items you can decide what to do with each of the identified problems: delete the file, rate it as 'false positive' or require additional assistance.

UnHackMe enables you to optionally activate real-time protection, schedule scans, as well as create an exclusion list. Moreover, each time Windows reboots, the application can check for existing rootkits.
