La fotoreporter Emanuelle (Laura Gemser) finge di essere una spacciatrice e si fa rinchiudere in un carcere, per denunciare le violenze a cui sono sottoposte le prigioniere.
Scoperta, passerà dei brutti momenti, come essere aggredita e rinchiusa in isolamento dove sarà ferita da un gruppo di topi. Ma grazie all'aiuto del dottor Moran (Gabriele Tinti) e con il sacrificio di alcune detenute riuscirà a denunciare le violenze e a far arrestare i colpevoli.
Emanuelle goes undercover into a prison to expose the corrupted officials who are brutalizing the inmates. Emanuelle is shocked by the horrors and humiliation the prisoners are subjected to, but when her true identity is discovered, she finds herself at the receiving end.
