Write File Names To Text File Bat File

This is a simple batch file to write the names of all file on a drive to a txt file to allow you to view its contents without actually being on the drive.

Simple Process

1) Download the file through the torrent

2) I placed the file in my D drive but you can place it where ever you want to place it. The deeper it is placed in folder, the less it will write. For max info to be written, have the file in the root directory. Ex: C:\



3) Click the file once and let it write the file. Once the file was written, you will see a text file name File_Names.txt. Note, the txt will only show if have it allowed to show known file extensions.



4) Then just open the File_Names text file and view all the files on your drive.
