Start Menu Shortcuts: You'll notice that there are a ton of shortcuts created with folders nested under Administrative Tools. I do this because standard users are far less likely to find, and subsequently use, any of those items. Like I stated above in the description, this addon is heavily about putting diagnostic and troubleshooting utilities in an installation. And it's quite easy enough to simply move or copy a folder of shortcuts to wherever you like.
Also of special note and interest - any shortcut for Internet Explorer is specially designed to launch using a command line utility made by the incredibly talented n7epsilon. The utility is RunRestricted.exe and it has the same functionality as psexec.exe with the -l switch. What this does is execute Internet Explorer with user rights even when you are logged into Windows with an account that has Administrator rights. I am currently designing a utility that will scan for web browser shortcuts and offer to convert them into this style of shortcut (and then back again to normal shortcuts if desired). So look out out for that one, but for now I don't mind having the functionality baked right into an install.
