In the third season, Gilligan thinks he is becoming a vampire, the professor tries to repair a jetpack, an egotistical movie producer arrives and directs a musical version of Hamlet, the island is invaded by a spy who looks just like Gilligan, a witch doctor casts a spell, a compulsive kidnapper (comedy giant Don Rickles) plagues the castaways, Mrs. Howell receives love letters from a secret admirer and the gang attempts to contact a spacecraft in orbit. Television comedy was never the same after this wonderfully wacky series.
