Will the judges be reaching for their pina colada, or will they still feel a chill in the air?Next, the four chefs face their culinary fears head-on as they serve their own two-course menu to three of the country's most revered food critics. They have just one hour and 15 minutes to get to the hearts of the critics and judges through their best plates of food.Only the three best chefs will keep their dreams alive and secure their place in Knockout Week, and the chance to be crowned MasterChef: The Professionals champion 2023.
